Chris Bacon, formerly known as Chris P. Bacon, was an assistant for James Newton Howard, composing additional material for Peter Jackson's King Kong, Disney Nature's Earth, and co-composing the animated Gnomeo and Juliet, he and Howard adapting Elton John's material. His first major score was for Duncan Jones's intelligent thriller Source Code, and he has become a name to watch.
